This filter delivers the same trusted triple protection found throughout the Arctic Pure Plus line. Ultra-fine, 0.5-micron filtration minimizes dirt, submicron particles, and contaminants like cryptosporidium and giardia cysts, so your ice comes out clean and clear. An antimicrobial silver-impregnated carbon block inhibits the growth of mold, slime, microorganisms, and algae on ice maker surfaces, helping keep equipment sanitary between servicing. And SLOW PHOS® (slowly soluble polyphosphate) works continuously to minimize scale accumulation and corrosion, protecting internal components and extending the life of your machine. Together, this combination reduces chlorine from the incoming water supply by 95%, enhancing the taste, smell, and appearance of every batch of ice.

Installation and upkeep are made simple by design. The assembly comes complete with a head, shroud, hardware, and mounting bracket, and the cartridge can be changed out quickly without shutting off the water supply — keeping downtime to a minimum. For best performance, replace the filter every 6 months or as soon as the pressure gauge drops below 35 PSI.
