Great ice starts with great water — and the Manitowoc Ice AR-10000-P Arctic Pure® Plus Water Filter Assembly makes sure your machine gets exactly that. This complete, ready-to-install system includes everything you need: a filter head, shroud, mounting hardware, and one high-performance filter cartridge, so you can start protecting your equipment and improving ice quality right out of the box.
At the heart of this system is triple-layer filtration that tackles the three biggest threats to ice quality and machine longevity. A 0.5-micron filter captures dirt, sediment, and submicron particles before they ever reach your ice machine. A SLOW PHOS (slowly soluble phosphate) additive works continuously to inhibit scale buildup and corrosion, protecting internal components from the wear that shortens equipment life. And a silver-impregnated carbon block delivers antimicrobial protection, guarding against bacteria, algae, mold, and slime that can compromise both ice safety and machine performance. Along the way, the filter also reduces chlorine by an average of 95%, so the ice you serve tastes clean and smells fresh — never like your water line.
