Water-cooled operation shrugs off high ambient temperatures, delivering up to 305 lbs of ice per day (258 lbs at 90°F) with 365 lbs of AHRI-certified storage below. Full dice cubes (7/8") with a 100% ice-to-water ratio chill drinks fast without watering them down — a natural fit for restaurants, bars, and cafés. Indigo NXT® intelligent controls make operation effortless with proactive diagnostics and easy-access maintenance. The 30" stainless steel D-style bin features a front-opening door for quick scooping and height-adjustable legs for a perfect fit. LuminIce® II compatible.
